Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Abdelazim Abo Ismaiel completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBCh) at the Mansoura Faculty of Medicine, Egypt in 2018. 

Dr. Ahmed started his clinical practice with post-graduate internship in Intensive Care, General Surgery, General Medicine, Cardiothoracic Units at Mansoura University Hospitals.  He continued his clinical physician experience at the Ministry of Health – Egypt.  In 2017, he became an ICU resident at Alzaitoun Specialized Hospital, Egypt.  A year later, he was posted as an ICU resident at Mit-Ghamr Central Hospital, Egypt.  In 2019, he became an ICU resident at Mansoura Specialized Hospital, Egypt.  Prior to joining Salma Rehabilitation Hospital, he was posted as an ICU Registrar in a well-known tertiary hospital in Jumeirah, Dubai.

Dr. Ahmed is well-trained in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Mechanical Ventilation by Ain Shams University, and Cardio-pulmonary Resuscitation by European Resuscitation Council in association with Tanta Scientific Association.  To his credit, he has attended local and international conferences in Germany, Portugal, and Egypt.  He is very active in various volunteer works and community services.

Dr. Ahmed’s areas of expertise include management of critically ill patients pre- and post-surgery, airway and resuscitation, and mechanical ventilation.

Dr. Ahmed speaks Arabic and English.
