Dr. Imtiaz Ali Kalwar completed his MBBS at Benazir Bhutto Medical University, Pakistan in 2001. In 2006, he received his DCPS/MCPS in Pediatrics from the National Institute of Child Health – Karachi, Pakistan.
Dr. Imtiaz started his medical practice as a Resident Medical Officer in various healthcare facilities in his home country such as Tahir Medical Center, Loti Gas Field, Habib Medical Center. In 2007, he was posted as a Resident Doctor in Pediatrics at the Northern Area Armed Forces Hospital Hafr Al Batin in Saudi Arabia. In 2010, he became a Staff Physician in Pediatrics at the King Abdulaziz Hospital National Guard Health Affairs Al Ahsa, Saudi Arabia. In 2016, he moved to the UAE and continued his clinical practice in a large private hospital in Abu Dhabi.
Dr. Imtiaz is well-trained in Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, NRP, and K2 Training Certificate. He has intensive experience in general pediatrics, pediatric intensive care, neonatal intensive care, high-risk deliveries and c-sections, post-natal care, and emergency medicine.
